Rac(H)er is a programme directed at leveling the playing field in motorsport and breaking down the barriers women face in the industry. Rac(H)er values inclusion and gender equity while promoting access to motorsports and STEM related careers in the field.
Race into STEM aims to help girls get engaged with STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) early on and unlock opportunities for future careers. Through the curriculum available on this site, participants can learn technical skills, STEM concepts, and explore a variety of opportunities in the world of Motorsport.

Motorsport UK is committed to increasing female participation within the sport, as a competitor, volunteer or within the industry by raising awareness of the huge range of opportunities available to women and promoting gender equality in motorsport to the general public.
Girls on Track UK is an initiative to inspire girls and women into seeing and believing that there is a rightful and valuable place for them in the motorsports industry. This is done through events for girls, community networking group and the opportunity to meet successful women in the motorsport industry through inspirational virtual and face to face networking events.
